Dear friends in ITC:
We've just know a bad new about a student in our institute. His name is Korn Seangleng who was died on 16 April 2012 by burning himself. According to the news, they said that he might be nerve. Anyways as I study with him I never see him act something unusual.....I and my friends think that he might have any problem..
Please mourn the lose of our friend and we wish you to rest in peace...:(
